If you are purchasing a home in the OKC metro, you may be required to have a termite inspection on the home as part of your transaction. Even if not required, a termite inspection is always recommended. A home is often your largest investment and it's smart to have a licensed professional inspect the home during your inspection period.

During the inspection, our technician will look for any signs of a current wood destroying insect infestation (including termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, and wood destroying beetles). The technician will also check for previous activity, previous treatment, and note any damage observed.

All of our real estate transaction termite inspections are performed on an ODAFF-1 form (the only form authorized for WDIR inspections in the state of Oklahoma). 

A one year termite warranty is offered for qualifying homes. If the home qualifies for the termite warranty, the warranty may be renewed annually. Information regarding our termite warranty can be found here.

If you are an existing homeowner, maintaining a termite warranty on your home helps protect your investment. A licensed inspector will inspect your home for any signs of termite activity, and if your home qualifies, we can place the home under warranty for 12 months at a time.

After your home has been inspected and warrantied for termites, any areas of active termites on the home will be treated at no additional cost under the warranty. The warranty is renewable annually with an annual termite inspection. Information regarding our termite warranty can be found here.

If you are an existing homeowner, and you are concerned you may have termite activity on your home, we can schedule a termite estimate to have a technician out to confirm the activity and give you an estimate for termite treatment. If the activity is not termite related, the technician can let you know if it is caused by a different insect such as carpenter ants, carpenter bees, or acrobat ants and what his treatment recommendations would be.

Our technicians will also remove spider webs, wasp nests, and mud dauber tubes from the exterior of the home to the best of their ability.

Our general pest control service comes with a 30 day warranty in case covered pests return. Please note, follow-up appointments for flying insects such as wasps and mud daubers are not covered under the general pest warranty.

Our general pest control service does not cover pests that require a targeted treatment plan such as fleas, ticks, cockroaches, bed bugs, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, or termites. These services require a pest control technician to visit your home in order to give you an exact estimate and plan of action to treat.

Our quarterly pest control services are similar to our general pest control, but on a more routine basis, with no contract required. Spiders, crickets, scorpions, centipedes, millipedes, earwigs, silverfish, and most types of ants are covered. Our technicians will also remove spider webs, wasp nests, and mud dauber tubes from the exterior of the home to the best of their ability.

Each quarterly service comes with a 90 day warranty in case covered pests return before your next visit is due. Please note, follow-up appointments for flying insects such as wasps and mud daubers are not covered under the quarterly pest control warranty.

No one likes to share their home with uninvited guests such as mice and rats. 

Our technicians are trained to identify different types of rodents that are common in Central Oklahoma. 

After inspecting the premises, our technician may elect to use chemical products, such as rodent baits, that are formulated to kill mice. While baits are very effective, caution must be exercised to ensure that baits are properly placed and the instructions on the product’s label are strictly followed. One of the more common techniques for bait use is to place the bait formulation in a tamper proof rodent bait station that protects the bait from accidental exposure to non-target animals or people.

Don't procrastinate when you see signs of a mouse problem in your home. The female house mouse is a very prolific animal, meaning a few can quickly turn into a large infestation!
